This "university" is not a good choice for your resume or your education. I enrolled in the Excel Track MBA program and was told first I had 30 days to review the program, then when I enrolled in classes I was told I had 2 weeks to audit for a full refund, then when I chose to withdraw, I was told, "Oh, I'm sorry. Graduate students do not have the option to review or audit." So, in short, I paid over $3000 to them for 2 weeks enrollment for 0 credits or anything other than an "I'm sorry".I should have paid closer attention to other reviews before trusting them for my education and handing over my money. The classes are very independent. Of the 4 courses I had enrolled in, I had one professor actually involved in the course. In my statistics class and my business communications classes, I was told to ****** or seek out a tutor if I need any assistance. What a scam. I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. They need to be investigated. On a positive note, I'm very thankful Purdue Global will NOT be on my resume!

I am absolutely over this school. There is zero communication. No one returns voicemail or emails. NO one will help me at all with anything. I am in the *** program and absolutely would not recommend this school to anyone.

I recently enrolled on November 6th and unenrolled on November 13th. They claimed that I should have withdrew on 6/12 but their own website states that I have 7 days to withdraw. Last time I checked 6+7=13 and 6+6=12. WHY AM I NOT EGIBLE FOR MY MONEY BACK?!

Attending this university may not be a wise investment of your time or finances. Purdue Global University faces significant issues that impact the student experience. From the unhelpful student advisors who seem disconnected from the management and lack effective communication, there is an overarching sense that something is fundamentally amiss. They are like scams!

School is a scam. Policies and procedures aren't followed. Education is horrible. It's ran like a for-profit institution by a private company. Do not be fooled, this is school is the lowest of the low.

I would give them a 0 Star Review, but I can't.I attended Purdue University Global a few years back and received my Associate's degree. I then decided to re-enroll to finish out my Bachelor's degree, but after getting only a handful of classes away from graduating, my student loans were suddenly maxed out, and I had to pay everything out of pocket. I had to un-enroll, I paid my debt down to $850, and then the pandemic hit. I was emailed multiple times from Purdue University Global, stating that due to the pandemic, student loan repayment was paused. I never received any invoices or anything else from Purdue that stated I needed to pay anything to them. Fast forward to now, I log into my account, go to pay off my balance, and I find out that my account was sent to collections over a year ago! I had never received notice of the balance being owed to Purdue, and I never received any notification that my account had gone to collections. If they wanted me to keep making payments, all they had to do was tell me. Now my account is with a collection agency whose name sounds pretty sketchy, my credit was negatively impacted, and I cannot finish my degree. All of this, for 850 bucks!! Is this even legal??

I am currently attending ****** University global. I started in it in August of 2022 and everything looked as if it was going well, as if the school was credible and as if this was where I wanted to obtain my associate's degree in legal studies. As of 6 months into my program that's 2 terms with the online University. I've now paid about $2000 out of pocket because they have claimed I have maxed out my student loans available and I'm not eligible to receive a pell Grant **** was not made aware to me at any point when I signed up to attend the school. I did make it well known that I am in financial hardship and will need financial aid and loans to obtain this degree they told me that was perfectly fine and that I should not see any problems or need to pay anything out of pocket. That is not the case. At the end of every term they Stop access to my course work until I pay them about $930. The only way that I'm made aware that I will owe them this fee is a month before the fee is due on the campus finatial documents page with no notification of the the recieving of the statement. Up until then they tell me that I owe no money and when I speak with financial aid they offer no options besides receiving personal student loans and when you go to acquire a personal student loan many of the agencies do not provide funding for Purdue University global students which is alarming. I highly recommend obtaining your degree somewhere else for any future students looking to receive a degree through online education.
