pooch palace give a price of 35 for bath a dog, and i was charged for 81 dollar, with an additional fee of 21 (they claimed it is groomer's decision) and a 14dollar long coat and asked tips i spend a very unpleasant half hour when i called and asked why they charged as it is. i talked with 4 people 1.the day i pay ,the girl said she doesn't know why and asked me to call back next day 2. next day the girl picked up call said she has no receipt so she doesn't know why and said she will left a message to let people call me 3. another lady called me, said it is normal for groomer to charge extra, i asked her if there is any standard for how many more hours of how much? she said no there is no ******* just groomer feels about, and she use the first screenshot rule in red said price might different, so i said, it says they will discuss with customer first it is also stated there, but no one contacted me ,she said contact in advance is only for grooming not bath, so , the first line tells you can charge extra for bath, the next line in same sentence means we only call in advance for grooming ?4.the manager, she said differently. she said those red lines doesn't apply for my dog, so my dog is under another category double coated(2nd screenshot). in this category, it stated they can charge 5-10 extra, but in total, ******* charged me 21 unknow fee(manager said she doesn't know what is it)and 14 long coat fee, she said she can return me ***** =4 dollar but she refused to return the unknow 21 dollars, because it was not charged as long coat, so unknow means you charge what you want?they have standers price on website, then they lied about the rules to explain the unreasonable extra charges. if they just simply correct the mistake, it is not a big deal, but they just random make up rules to push me away that is just not acceptable
