    Hi Team,I have been associated with Wordhousebp since November 2021 in regard to the pruposal that I was offered for Accredition and Endorsement for traditional publisher without any closing timeline.While I was working slowly and steadily on requisites one fine day I received message from concerning project manager ( ***************************************** ) that my amount has been forefieted by finance division without considering contract terms and conditions out of no where....while I kept sharing what was happening parallely at personal side ( Pregnant + Postpartum + Cessarean + Healing + Mother In law expired ) they agreed to continue working along with me starting Jan 2024....for a month worked happened with poor response rate as I told them the way of working looks so unprofessional....Since Jan 31, 2024 I have not been able to communicate with them as they are completely vanished after charging approx $3800 for the project and without delivering services ...I also served 2 days of advanced notification to request for my refund but no avail....I request you to look into this matter for early redressal....Thanks ******
