    brought my 2017 **** F150 XLT with ****** miles in for a front and alignment. Right away it was brought back out without an alignment. They explained that the lower ball joints needed replaced at a cost of $729.70. I refrained from having the repair done and consulted two other mechanics about the issue, One of which was ******* ****. Both locations resoundingly reported that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the ball joints. Upon inspection, it was noted that not only was there no movement, but the boots on the ball joints were sealed had no cracks and no dry rot. Out of curiosity, I began to look at car care clinic Westfields reviews. Not surprisingly, I found another review where the EXACT same scenario took place. Its pretty clear that this location is amplifying the cost, and providing unneeded repairs for profit.
