    On September 12, 2024, i made an order for Yukon Gold seed potatoes at the company's website. i paid for the order, including shipping charges for shipment of the order to my mailing address, in full that same day via my debit card. The shipping schedule on the company's website for seed potatoes indicates that customers in zones 9 and 10 will have their seed potatoes shipped to them "Mid-September". Today is the September 24, 2024 and i have not received the Yukon Gold seed potatoes that i ordered from the company. i have not received an email message indicating that the Yukon Gold seed potatoes have been shipped to my mailing address. When i login to my account at the company's website, i see no indication that the Yukon Gold seed potatoes have been shipped to my mailing address.

    I placed an order on line on June 1st. The dollar amount was $113. I received a tracking number on June 2nd.The item was supposed to be delivered in3 to 5 days.I did not receive the item. The tracking number was for Fed Ex. Their system shows a label was created on June 2 but they never received the item.I have called Urban Farmer 3 times and left messages. I have sent their **************** 3 emails using their inquire system. I have never received any replay.

    Transaction was made 4-1-23 for $18 for 25 sweet potato slips. They arrived may 27th totally dried out with barely any viable plant material salvageable. I emailed them immediately and got no response at all. It would be appropriate to get a full refund for the garbage I received but I would at least like other customers to be aware of their practices
