      this dealership has and extremely high volume of new vehicles, I'm trying to lease a cx90 and I have a 22 durago trade on lease I payed ****** for this car and this Mazda dealership will not give me a fair deal .

      We are sorry we could not come to an agreement on your trade in value on your Durango lease. The mileage and condition of your trade along with the market determines the value. We have no control over the payoff of your car. We offered you a CX-90 lease at a reduced price, but unfortunately your negative equity raised your payment more than you wanted. You do have the option to turn in your lease at the end to a Dodge dealer and then lease the CX-90 without your trade. This will eliminate your negative equity thus lowering your monthly payment. We will honor the price of the CX-90 we offered to you at the discounted price if you decide you would like to move forward.

      We called TOM ROUSH Lincoln car dealership located at ************************************************, and talked to a salesman, *******************************, who was very helpful. We initially wanted a 2024 Lincoln Nautilus. In order to hold the vehicle, which hadn't arrived yet, he said we would pay a $1,000 deposit to the dealership. He also told us that if we did not buy the car through his dealership, he would credit our card for $1,000 because it was refundable. It was going to be several weeks for that vehicle to arrive, so we decided on a 2023 Lincoln Aviator. He did have one, and we went to test drive it. He put the $1,000 deposit on that car. We drove from **********, **, to the Tom Roush dealership to test drive it. We liked it and decided to buy that car. We told him that we would have the funds the following Friday to purchase the Aviator. At that point, **** got his sales manager to talk to us. The sales manager, ***********************, told us if we did not buy the car today, they would not hold it for us until next Friday when we would have our funds ready. We did not understand why they would not hold the car for another week. We paid them the $1,000 refundable deposit to hold that car. **** said we could finance the whole thing, and then next week, we could pay the car off. We did not want to do that. We left. After driving 2 hours back home, I called the president of the dealership, **** ROUSH and left a voicemail for him to call me. He has never returned the call.I am surprised that a Lincoln dealership would use this type of high-pressure tactics. We recommend never buying a car from this dealership.

      The customer was refunded the $1000.00 deposit.   We do not hold vehicles for over a week.   This customer was from out of state and did not buy a car from ** and has never done business with us.
