    They used cheap parts and poor service to install my Navien tankless water heater in 2020. After 5 years of normal usage by 2 people in my dark basement, the egress pipe from the unit leaked. This was not detected at the May 7 2025 annual flush service which is additional cost. Nor the prior 4 annual service visits but instead by my home buyers inspection service in June of 2025. I really did not appreciate the untimely surprise, or the denial that this just happened. If I could show pictures you could see it had been going on for some time. I did not like to hear the repair was not covered due to 1 year labor warranty at install or that they weren't responsible for finding this at the *********** visit so no credit was offered. I also bought a water softener system from them around same time. I am also getting saline egress all over my crawl space at the 5 year ***** Unethical business practices, poor quality parts, and poor service. I do not recommend.
