    I would be real cautious applying to work for them. They had threw me under the bus without any proper payment that I have worked for in the winter of 2024. If you want a guarantee, apply for a bigger job. This is a family oriented job and if something happens in their personal life, they will tell you not to come in and not pay on that day, therefore you wont be able to work out in the field and be short in your financial situation. I would just stay away from them.

    I suggest to be real careful hiring them to do your pool/spa. Cautiously not to invest in this company too much. You can lose more than what you asked for. Even better if you can look for a better professional somewhere else.

    My inground pool was installed 10 years ago by a pool contractor (not a BBB member) on the south side of ************, and I naturally used them for opening and closing the pool each season and for monthly pool cleaning service; however, over the years, their service became shoddy and opening the pool became a nightmare as they routinely pushed my opening date back later and later until this year in mid-June. Having enough of their nonresponsive service, I looked for another company to provide my needed services in a timely and responsive manner. Within minutes of contacting Hoosier Pool Guy, I was set up with an opening date in less than a week! Hoosier Pool Guy lists its prices online, meaning no surprises after the job. I like the idea of working with a local family-owned business as it depends solely on satisfied customers rather than selling expensive new swimming pools. Hoosier Pool Guy is all about service, not sales. ******************
