    Dear Better Business Bureau,
    Thank you for taking the time to review our response. I am writing to formally communicate my decision to reject the services provided by ***** Bazaar, this company showed lack of expertise in all technical capacity which cost my business substantial financial loss. The company refused to support rectifying the concerns over several mediations with our lawyers. Upon completing a recent inspection all items including windows, doors, plastering,electoral installation, plumbing, septic tank, tiles and many other concerns found on the premises were not honored as outlined in our contact. 
    After careful consideration and review of the work completed,I have identified several concerns that do not meet the standards outlined in our contract and expectations we discussed prior to the commencement of the project. Specifically, I would like to address the following issues:
    1. Quality of Work, please see attached inspection report for semi completed flats attached in this message.
    2.Timeliness: The project was not completed within the agreed timeframe with significant financial loss and emotional turmoil. This project was started on September ************************************** 10 months. To date the project is not complete and work is abandoned.

    3. Communication: After many meeting with our legal team and ***** Bazaar over the past two years due to lack of compliance the companys senior director **** ***** and team refused to discuss project further and my team was met with aggression, verbal abuse and lack of communication or further communication.
    Due to these unresolved issues, I feel compelled to reject the services rendered. I believe we had a mutual understanding of the expected outcomes, but unfortunately, the project outcome does not align with those expectations.

    I kindly request a formal acknowledgment of this letter and, if applicable, a discussion on how we might rectify these matters. I appreciate your immediate attention to this correspondence and hope to resolve this situation amicably.

    We believe that these documents provide a comprehensive overview of the situation. We are prepared to discuss this matter further with you in the hope of reaching a mutually agreeable resolution.
