    They did a great job on install of mine and my grandmother's roofs. Unfortunately getting them to honor their warranty is another story. I've been told someone would be to look at it twice. Unfortunately that never happened. The thing that really is unfortunate about the situation is its a simple repair that I don't even would cost much.

    Let me start by saying this guy isnt a roofer, he knows nothing about metal roofing and yes it has a life time warranty on the paint. A lifetime warranty does not cover damage by a storm. This roof was installed in 2015 its now the end of 2023.No issues until WIND knocked a trim loose. Which is not covered by the warranty. We have been out to look at it. When metal is installed rivets are also install to hold trim in place which leave holes if ripped out by wind, or otherwise. We HAD all intentions of fixing the trim piece at a minimal price once the green metal was available (we order per job and currently do not have green in the shop). ***** spoke to our office manager on Wednesday Dec 6th 2023. She informed him we would get there. I did and know what needs to be fixed.***** then sent us a ****** review of 1 star and messages stating he would continue and add a review on BBB if we didnt get it fixed. Mind you this was Dec 8th today is December 9th. I have tried to attach his messages from ****** on here but it wont allow me, Id be happy if someone could send me a link to upload them to as proof that he is just angry. And this isnt even his property!
