    Hello, I purchased the AMZ formula course last spring/summer, I had not received any personalized mentorship as advertised. My login was also disabled, and I have yet to receive a refund, they stated they would refund the card and never did. I was mislead into buying this mentorship program, only to realize that this was most likely a scam and a way to generate revenue for an individual on the internet. ************************* by his course, However the information he provides is all public info on the internet. I also never received personalized mentorship from him or *************************** as promised in order to get my own store operating and generating revenue. I am demanding a refund of this course, I feel lied too and mislead, I am also filing an Attorney General complaint in his home **************** because I feel this business is predatory. Please refund my money and I will cancel all legal proceedings, if not, I will continue to do everything in my power and knowledge to make this a known issue to the public to ensure this do not happen to anyone else moving forward.

    To Whom It May ******************* the official record, I would like to state first and foremost, ***** ******** LLC is a real estate company owned by ****** *****, however it has nothing to do with the AMZ Formula. Also, the information provided by the complaint filer is an old version of the LLC. 

    Now to address the AMZ Formula complaint....

    I have provided proof of that the person who filed the complaint has been given access, and has accessed the program and training. They were enrolled in coaching program called AMZ **** This included training videos of the course as well as 3 group coaching calls per month with 3 coaches. Since the, this program has evolved into a program called Brand Builder, which has more support, and also has coaching calls every night of the week, so instead of only 3 coaching calls per month it has 20 to 25 depending of how many weeks of the month.

    We do not scam or mislead anyone. Yes, there is free content out there on ******* and other platforms, and we as a company do take pride in creating videos and content about ****** ***. Can someone learn from watching free videos? Certainly. However, the member that filed the complaint chose to sign up with us for coaching and mentorship, which provides help and support while going through the process of learning and eventually launching an ****** business. They key here you must be willing to put in the work. You need to watch the training and attend the coaching calls which is part of this program. 

    Access was provided to the member. It us up to them to take action with the materials provided to them. If for some reason, they cannot access the course and training they would simply need to contact support, which by the way is listed on their welcome email, ********************************** reset their password or create a new loginWe did not revoke anything on our end. 

    Furthermore, I have attached proof of access to the training course and materials. I have also included email correspondence from the member and someone from our team named ******. I'd like to point out although ****** does work with our team, he in not in charge of handling customer support issues or refund requests. 

    In my attached documents, I have included our refund policy. It ****** states DISCOUNTED PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE) Absolutely NO exceptions. This program was purchased at a discounted rate of $3,500. At the time the regular price was $4,997. 

    Lastly, I'd like it to be known, and I would like to stress the fact that this is simply a statement and nothing more. We as a company do not take threats lightly. We indeed take them very seriously, that being said, I have already contacted our legal team regarding this matter.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    No, this is indeed intentionally misleading, if I knew I would not have one on one mentorship I wouldnt have spent $3,500. The reason you discounted it originally was because of the very same concerns and questions I had within this complaint. 

    My access was disabled or denied, I was mislead regarding the coaching and mentorship you stated you would provide. They intentionally disabled my access to this program once I started voicing my concerns over the past 12 months. I feel that this was a bait and switch tactic, I dont appreciate your condescending response and lying about this situation in order to retain revenue. 

    I was told that this program would provide me with a personalized mentor who would guide me through the *** process and help me get my store running and first product listed. 

    I reached out several times to my mentor regarding my concerns and I was told to just attend the coaching sessions and online meetings.

    I am demanding repayment, or I will be filing a lawsuit on top of this. I already filed a complaint with the ******* Attorney General.

    I was never provided with or told that this was non refundable when I provided my payment over the phone, you only stated that after I requested a refund. I also did NOT sign a binding contract that stated any of the information that you just provided.

     

    Ive been ran around circles the past ***** months and I just want my money returned. I already have losses from business insurance and the software that you encouraged me to buy. I genuinely feel cheated.

    I attached a copy of the refund request back in October 2022, Ive been trying to get a refund from this company for quite some time. They never stated that this was a non refundable program, I truly was mislead and then they disabled my access once I voiced my concerns about this being an online scam.

    I have previously attached the refund policy, and proof that we tried to help and serve this client in my first response to the complaint.

    As previously stated we never revoked access to any program. We even offered to help them regain access to the training.
