    After months of communications with call center in attwmpt to cancel my cable services that no longer worked while keeping my internet service active I became impatient when being told I was allset and then receiving $298/monthly bill charge for supposed just internet service. ON March 30th I paid $400 to start a $0 balance and assured that I was only going to be charged for internet service from that day forward. On April 10th my services were suspended for oweing $0 BUT was told that an account from 2016 that owed $600 at an address I have never lived at was now my responsibility to restore services. I attempted to prove myself only living at the address/home I owe since 2011 but have been transfered to multiple "supervisors" that want me to pay these fraudulent charges. On April 18th I recieved an email stating I now how $298 for month of May for services I am unable to use due to disconnection and cost not showing cancelation of the cable service i requested canceled multiple times. I have been targeted my the call center and my account fraudulently manipulated.
