  Absolutely would not recommend. Hired Empire to install power for an outdoor kitchen project and another project. In order to start the project, we put 50% down. The entire process had zero communication unless I reached out to establish timelines. When it came time to finish the install of outlets for the outdoor kitchen, an appointment was set. About 30 minutes after the appt time, I messaged and asked if they were still coming or running late or what was going on. The response was, we were there and nobody was there, so they left. No phone call, no text, no nothing. The outdoor kitchen is on the other side of the house, where we were. 4 cars in the driveway. We were just on the other side of the house by the lake. When they messaged back, ******* said he would do his best to get someone out that day. He later edited his text message to take out the word today. I messaged again the next day, no response, I called again on Monday, he had ********* answer. My wife called later, no call back. We then call again, its now 5 days after. Finally, I get a call. The response is basically, we were there, we called and sent a message. I can prove that no call was made to me, no message was sent either. They know if we arent in the house we are around the front by the lake. I was literally asked, were you at the door?. I replied, come on man, thats ridiculous, the project is on the other side, where I was. Mind you, they have been here before and know exactly where the project is. There are so many things that could have been done here. Calling me, texting me, walking around to where the project was, starting the project (thats outside), if they truly felt I wasnt here, again with all the cars in the driveway. But no, they simply didnt want to finish what was started, and keep my down payment. At the end of the return call, I was told to find someone else to finish it. Again, I absolutely do not recommend Empire!! We paid half down 3 months ago for nothing!

  Dose not complete job.n lies when confronted. Charged $1711 for hot water heater in 1 bedroom trailer never hooked up to beaker box took 45 days for them to return n have fix it. Very very rude n will block ya if ya try to give bad review

  Be careful hiring this company for any plumbing or electrical issues. Or having them hired by landlord or a park manager. Do to conflicts of interest. ***** for delivering a water heater then stating installed but never was installed. Simply placed electric water heater in and left do to management's request. Electrical breaker was not in the electrical panel do to needing a gas hot water heater, so company wanted to use breaker that goes to hvac to install instead of installing a separate breaker for the unit. Very sketchy work. Lied several times to cover for management and to protect themselves from a law suit. Finally came back to do what they had already been paid for and still continue to do sketchy work. Rude with customer also slammed customer's door. Just an FYI to be on alert hiring anyone from this company or any company. Do your homework before allowing an outsider in your home.

  So we had them finish the electrical work on the inside of our home. As you can see by the pictures they caused damages to my walls. They took down the paneling in one bedroom and put it up completely crooked and made holes in the drywall of the other bedroom. We also had them upgrade our electrical service in our home. They ran a 100 AMP service to our garage and tore up my landscaping and fencing around our deck. This work was finished on 3/9/2023. We asked for the owner to reach out to us because something that we spoke to him about was not finished. The owner never called, so we went on vacation and was going to touch base when we got back. On Monday 03/13/2023 ********* called and demanded payment and told my husband that if payment wasnt fulfilled that day she would turn us over to the sheriffs department. First of all the work was not finished that we discussed and the job was not adequately cleaned up and put back the way you found it. We paid the bill due to being threatened but now they will not return our messages about fixing what they broke. I would not recommend them.
