    On August 6, 2024 Crystal Creek Concrete installed a basement concrete patio for us. A few days later on August 9th we realized that they had severely damaged a section of our asphalt drive with their bin. ****** ******, my wife, contacted the company via text (as this is how they had previously communicated with her), She texted photos of the damage. As shown by the screenshot attached, they agreed to repair it. I contacted them after we had not heard any more on a repair. They said they would send an asphalt contractor out. This contractor told me that he would repair it whenever he had another job... Now, nearly two months later and entering a time of year when we soon will be unable to repair the drive due to weather, we are extremely concerned. Without immediate repair, the damage may become more substantial with freezing and thawing water collecting in the large holes. We paid a substantial amount of money for the patio. We are asking for immediate repair including the removal of the damaged section and new hot asphalt in it's place. We were told by an asphalt company this is the proper way to do it. Filling it like a pot hole won't work long term. In the event Crystal Creek's contractor continues to refuse to repair, we would like to contract to have it repaired with the bill to be paid in full by Crystal Creek Concrete or a refund of our payment due to their refusal to honor their word. If full refund is chosen, we will cover repair.

    In January 2023, we asked Crystal Concrete to provide an estimate to put in a deck containing a firepit. They came out, took measurements, and we discussed what all would happen. We said that we'd like the firepit to be in the middle, and the concrete to be stained green. The deck was to replace an existing partially built deck and I asked they include removal of this as well.They started the job around the beginning of March and took full payment around a week later. They removed the old deck material, and placed concrete forms for the wall. They then poured in the concrete, and formed the walls to look like stone. So far, we were pretty happy with the results.It then took about 4 weeks for them to show up again, and only after we called them to see when they were going to finish. This time, they stained the concrete black (not green as requested) and put a brick red fire pit in the middle.And that was the end of it. It took us calling today to see when they were going to finish it that they told us they did not include a floor in the quote. This was the first I heard of it, and I was surprised that it wasn't including, considering a deck without a proper floor isn't a deck.*** should be ashamed of himself. He voiced no remorse at his oversight, nor did he apologize that he screwed up. Instead, he offered to send us to a different concrete company to finish the job that they were supposed to start.It looks like c***

    We gave this customer *************************** a quote for just a retaining wall and firepit which her husband signed ...there was not a patio on the quote...a month later he calls all mad because he didn't get a patio but my sales rep said he swears that he asked him several times if he wanted a patio but he said no only to call later mad and wondering why we didn't put in a patio. So we poured him a patio at material cost and he took his reviews down but instead went to bbb and filed a complaint...we also discounted them on original project...we went above and beyond with this guy and he was not reasonable whatsoever...
