On March 6, ******************************************************** ************ to fill up my gas tank. I noticed a tanker sitting there but wasn't pumping so I went ahead. While I pumped my gas the tanker left. I went home and parked my car in the garage for the night. The next morning I got in my car to drive to an appointment and it did not start. I had to call the local garage (*************************) to come and they indicated I needed a new battery since the car would not turn over. Once the new battery was in place the car still did the same thing it did with the original battery. I had it towed to *****'s shop for reading codes and nothing showed up. They were unable to diagnose the issue and recommended I take it to a ***** dealer since it may be a ***** issue. I paid again for a second tow from *****'s shop to Victory ***** in ****** to have them diagnose the problem. After having no codes come up and exhausting all probable causes they concluded bad gas. They had another customer a few days prior who had issues of getting bad gas. They determined I had also gotten bad gas and proceeded with repairs. It turns out I got my gas at the same ** station in Yorktown as this other customer. My neighbor also told me she saw several comments of others on ******** that also had difficulties with their vehicles because they bought gas at the same **. I took my receipts and proof of my damage to talk with an owner or manager to recoup damage done to my car. There was no manager and I was told I'd have to come back at two possible times he may be there. While at the gas station the *************** were there in the lot and I talked to him about my situation. He did inform me the station was closed for 2 days then reopened after an inspection. I saw no evidence of digging to verify tanks were inspected for cracks due to aging. The ability to regain the financial loss appeared to be hopeless and time consuming on my part. My original investment for gas on March 6th was $27.60 but cost me a total of $1,132.47 not including the tank of gas I bought. I have a bottle sample of the gas taken from my tank which is mostly water along with all my receipts including 2 tows, 2 different service garages. At present, I am still waiting for my car. I'd like to be reimbursed for the damages and services I had to pay as a result of buying watered gas. I am concerned that this business may also have more customers have damage and unnecessary expenses to their vehicles.

I apologize. When I accessed the BBB site it gave me the address for a ** station and there is only one. It was a Marathon station a few months ago but changed to a **. The correct address for the station I am referencing has the address of ******************************************************* ** and is right downtown off state rd 32.
