Absolutely disgusted with how I was treated during my appointment, I called stating that I would be a few minutes late and they explained I might need to reschedule, which I said would be fine - without going into much detail that I was traveling from ************* on the other side of town - I just explained I was stuck in traffic. I arrived 12 minutes late, and was greeted with attitude so I explained I could reschedule if I needed to, ********* took me back and basically told me "you're going to be alright without being numb, right" and I reassured her, yeah that's fine, and while she readjusted the ** for my comfort I said I know I'm late you don't have to worry about we can go ahead and get started, and she very rudely said "I have a family and a parent teacher conference that I need to get to" and I said I'm so sorry, you're so lucky. Knowing I was late, I was thinking we could go ahead and get started and she stormed out and said ******************** will be in to deal with you. So I sat there for a few minute alone, crying from the brash service I just received, and the day I've just had that made me late in the first place, until ******* came in - ******* was the ONLY delightful thing about this visit at all. ******* is gold, and deserves more than to work with these people. ******* is compassionate and made me feel at ease, and honestly if it ended with **************** wouldn't be writing this.... but when I was leaving ***** insisted on defending *********'s actions, defended her storming out, and the other front desk person wanted to call me a liar about saying I said I was "stuck in traffic". My apologies, a possible cancer diagnosis, another appointment that ran late, and traveling from the other side of town was a lot more to explain than traffic being an easier explanation. While explaining that I am yet again sorry to inconvenience anyone that I made stay late for my lateness, and that I would have been happy to reschedule, I didnt want to cancel my appointmen
