    I am a long time nanny but it took me a long time in my career to discover agencies. Finding the Hive changed my life!! They have placed me with two wonderful families in my time working with them, and have gone above and beyond to answer any questions from both sides and make sure everything is seamless. Before using an agency I would find myself and the families I worked for had so many circumstances we didnt know how to navigate or didnt know the industry standards of. The Hive is always there to help everyone understand what is expected and even more, what is best for everyone. It makes for such an easy experience for both nannies and families. I cannot recommend The Hive enough!!

    We've been extremely pleased with our experience using The Hive. After previously finding two former nannies using ********, we found this process to be easy and low stress. The Hive shared three great nanny profiles and arranged interviews. After choosing the nanny best for our family, the Hive assisted with finalizing the contract and made it a seamless transition. I'd highly recommend.

I love that they take care of communication (during the interview process) and create the contract and do negotiations with the family.
