This compant will pay you late with no answer. They treat their service advisors and techs like c*** *********** advisors have no AC or climate control but cant wear shorts. They are dirty as a company. I would steer clear of them. The amount of comebacks and customer complaints is crazy. They only care about their dollars.

I brought a car from this dealership and the car broke down in 3 days. Went to them and let them know that the car is not working, they were not willing to help until my grandfather reminded them that there was a such thing as a lemon law. He stated okay that he would help me, and I could choose any car on the lot. There was not much to choose from, but I brought a white ***** Prix I had this car for a total of 2 months, and it broke down but, was under their warranty they tried fixing the car and it was not fixable. So, he stated that he would give me another car of my choice off of the lot I did ask him do I have to pay for the other cars with him and he stated that he would not make me pay for them that he would treat it like this was the first car with them. I had this *** for about 2.5 years and they kept fixing it enough for me to drive off of the lot and once the warranty expired then let me know what was really wrong with my car. I was a single mother of 2 and could not continue to afford fixing on a car and needed a reliable car to get me and the kids back in forth. I went to a car dealership with intentions to trade the car in and the man that was selling me the new car let me know that I would be upside down by trading this car in because I had just refinanced the car. And that I owed ***** on this car still and the car was only worth 500 dollars blue book value. Remind you all I did not sign anything to refinance this car, nor did I know about refinancing a car. After telling people what I found out they stated that I legally have to consent by signing something to refinance a car. I brought the *** car to them and dropped it off and the man asked me how I would get around I did let him know that my transportation was none of his business and he then said, ok but, this will never go away. Now I am having to fight in court, they garnished my check in which I paid full and now they are making me pay interest. THEY ARE SNAKES DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Took our car for repairs. They have had our car for FOUR MONTHS and keep giving us the runaround when I ask to pick it up. They refuse to fix the problem. They refuse to communicate with me to the cars progress. I would like help getting my car back as Im paying monthly for a car that is held in their garage. Worst service ever!

It is no surprise they are not BBB accredited. I purchased a car in June 2022. Had issues within 48 hours. I complained and brought it back, where they fixed it. Couples months goes by, I get an oil change. It is mentioned that one of the parts I complained about needs replaced. Thought that was odd, it was just replaced. Following year, in another oil change, different guy says the same thing. So I call Pearson to let them know this is an issue. They ask me to bring it in. While under the car, they verify that part is damaged and so is a part they replaced a year ago. I have been given the run around for a week now about replacing it. Despite a warranty on their parts. Even better, I mentioned a CEL due to a fuel rail which is a lower train item. They have a ******* mile 2 year warranty. They proceed to tell me thats not covered under the PT warrantydespite being a power train component. This business is a giant scam. The salesmen are liars. The ownership is a joke. So far, I have received nothing but lies and no actual fox to most of my issues. Do not give them your business. I wouldnt even take a car for free from them. Run as fast as you can. Despite being a **** dealership, they operate much like a buy here pay here.
