    The costs of Ladybug are extremely overpriced for the services received. Their billing and payment reception options are terrible and difficult at best. I tried to pay multiple invoices over the phone, and they would not combine them for one payment. They also will not combine properties that you own. We own two properties and they will not bill them together even though we own them both. They even produce and send invoices before the services are rendered. When they do not receive your payment, they don't bother to let you know. Definitely not worth the trouble. Call Reliable Exterminators out of *********. They are personable, honest, and actually do the work.

    I asked them if they do home inspection for buying a house and even ask if they fill out the form that is need to buy a house. Was told that they do. They came out charged me ****************************************************************************************************************** buying a home pest inspection. They are now blaming me instead of taking responsibility. They should of made it clear that they do not do termites. So yep basically got scammed out of the money. I wish they would just admit there mistake
