    Vyve broadband technician came to my home approximately 8/15/2024 and removed their equipment including wifi router EERO. The technician installed a new modem/wifi router and took the Eero wifi box away. On 11/2024 bill I noticed I am still being charged for the removed EERO box. I reached out to Vyve customer service 11/8/2024 and explained the technician took the box when he installed a new one. Customer service rep sees in his notes I called on 8/12/2024 to schedule removal of wifi box, and says he will escalate the issue and I would receive a call from someone to take care of the issue. Today 11/29/2024 I have not received any call from Vyve broadband and I am still being charged for a box they removed from my home.

    Vyve broadband is being dishonest to it's customers regarding Internet being restored following hurricane Helene. Customer service representatives offer different reasons for the delayed response. Their online estimator is false and provides false hope to customers. For example, once it launched, the estimator for my address listed the expected service restoration date at 10/10/2024. Each time that date was reached the estimator would move forward two days. The estimator now says 10/17/2024. Other dates included 10/12, 10/14. As of today 10/17/2024 I've had no service for 21 days. I rely on Internet to work from home. Vyve was not ready for this outage and is covering up how bad their response has been. Power was restored to my address on day 4 following the outage. This included new poles. So power company delays cannot be used as an excuse. During this, they are still sending out full billing for the month of October.

    The individual is disabbled and was under the free government internet program through Vyve. The program ended un April. In july the individual didnt know what to do with the modem. He didnt understand any of the process and never really use the internet. I traveled an hour and turned the modem in. Shortly after i turned in he got a bill for $90 +. They told me they turned the account off un july. And he owed them money from april till the end of July. After i tried to explain to them he did not opt to continue service with them when the givernment cancelled the program. The company just wont discusss this or do anything about it. How many other disabled people are going to be getting a bill from vyve for a program they didnt agrrmee to be in?
