      They replaced all of the water line. In the far bathroom that no one uses, the shutoff to the stool has apparently leaked from day one of them installing it. The bathroom floor is caving in, the tiles are coming up and mushrooms are growing on the floor by the shutoff. Went under the house today and the whole underside of our house including insulation is drenched and dripping. The whole floor and wall has to be replaced. We can't shut the water off at that shutoff valves because it sprayed underneath. I can see why they don't do residential anymore. This is a costly mistake and I expect it to be corrected.

      Service date for the customer's project in mention was completed on 12/16/2012 and we have not received any notification prior to this complaint. We do offer a 1-year warranty on all our parts and craftmanship. Unfortunately, this issue has exceeded our standard warranty period. The cause could be from forces outside of our control such as freezing temperatures and other environmental conditions. We understand how frustrating this can be and we suggest our customers regularly and thoroughly inspect their homes for water leaks and other plumbing issues that cause property damage.

      I am rejecting this response because: we have only owned the property for a year and a half. It's possibly under Nancy ****** but the address is **** ******** ***. There's no way any work was done prior to this residence because it wasn't even here until a year and a half ago. The amount was over $****. I'm sure there is a recent record of an amount to that extent.
