    So I thought I had a good deal going. Then I started reading reviews about how they like to bait people and then raise the prices. So I called and recorded the whole conversation, after I recieved a text from the sales manager situation seemed like he was yelling at me in all caps. Because I asked him about being baited and how I didnt want to pay 250 dollars to an Uber to ride to augusta ks for the car. Only to be denied or the price raised on me. He texted back saying ***** tried calling me this morning in all caps. So I called and spoke to ***** who had never received the message and never called me or even knew about calling me. Then he proceeded to tell me he didnt get me at 400 like he said he did and he actually needed 485 and a bunch of other stuff. So they tried to bait me to get me into the store and almost wasted a bunch of my money and time for nothing. Horroble business BE warned do not go there unless you want lied to and stolen from. Glad I read reviews before going there. Always research and ask questions. Dont let car dealerships bully you. You are the buyer its your money not theirs.

    Went to the service department for a simple service and minor repairs. The service tech scratched the front of the truck and damaged some exterior trim pieces. The body shop had to repaint part of the truck and fix the broken pieces. In the process of repainting the truck, they sanded the paint on the fenders and damaged the fenders. The fenders were not supposed to be worked on. The body shop manager, service department manager, and general manager could care less that our truck is in worse shape then when we first brought it to them. Plan on needing an attorney, if you decide to work with parks motors.

    This is the worst of the worst, this company contacted me about buying my used car and then gave me the run a round for 3 weeks, meanwhile losing potential buyers, the day I was to go in to the dealership to pick up a check and give them my keys, they call me and said we changed our mind!!!! Like I said the worst of the worst

    They denied my mother inlaw financing on a used car they had listed at $6377.00 which was fine so we went and got financing elsewhere and called to get a sales agreement on the car they had listed for $6377 and the price was wrote out as $7400 on the sales agreement so my mother inlaw got approved for the new amount and called them again to bring them a cashiers check for that amount they (parks motors of augusta) then told her it would be over $8000 with taxes and paperwork fees. So she called and offered $8000 cash "out the door" and was denied. So I call an hour later and offer $6300.00 cash and the salesman asked his manager and was told yes so we had a deal at $6300.00 out the door which I asked about taxes and fees and was told "out the door" means FINAL PRICE no extra money needed so I told them my wife would bring them a cashiers check from our bank and I want to put it in my mother n laws name because we are buying it for her and salesman said no problem. And then they found out that my mother inlaw was the one they denied the $8000 offer and backed out of the deal and would not honor the $6300.00 deal they made with me. Someone said women beware they are not kidding they are very discriminate against women and will refuse to make deals with women but a man can offer $1700 less and they will accept the deal. It should be illegal to treat people like that. My mother inlaw was very hurt by her experience with them.

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY AND ALSO EXTRA 200 MILES ON MY LOW MILAGE CAR!!
    1st located a truck on ********* at 10:43am sept15th. The price was $34,180 & by 4pm the price changed at ********* and the dealership web site to $35,711... kinda fishy.
    2nd got a call from a sales man Doug **** wanting to know what I was interested in doing. I wanted to trade in my car to pay it off and use the rest of the trade in value towards the truck which should've been a simple wash of $$. no loan. I was asking $65,000 for my car and yes its worth that!! I used their web site for the trade in value. There site showed me a price of $57,240 to $58,532. ok fair I guess well see how much room they have on the truck to play with.?? I sent all that info to the salesman. I also said if the deal cant go the way I want it to let me know so I don't waste my Friday to come down and put extra miles on my car. Doug said it shouldn't be a problem and everything looks pretty good.
    3rd Friday sept. 16th we show up only to get a bunch of ** talk and lowball trade in value of $43,000 and then another one at $53,000 which is the best they could do even though their we**ite showed a $58,532 trade in value..... So no deal was made and now there's an extra 200 miles on my low mileage car and a waste of our time since we drove from Salina Ks. We will never be back and we are reporting this dealership to the better business bureau!!

    Between the bait & switch tactics on pricing & the obnoxious amounts of emails that you Can't unsubscribe to & that they do not read the replies to, I will never visit them again! Extremely frustrated!
