I sent in a Kitchenaid Mixer for repair. The business asked for payment a single time, and while I did lose track of time, without any attempt of contact from the business they parted out my personally owned product that I sent in for repair and offered no contact or compensation. When I did pay the still open invoice, I was contacted saying that they parted out my machine and would offer no refund or replacement of the item that I sent in for repair. This as far as I am concerned is theft because of the lack of attempted contact, I would say that this is pre-meditated theft from consumers. The money disputed is the cost of replacement for the cost of the mixer that they stole from me for parts.

Attached to this message are 3 screen shots, one from our original invoice to the customer dates 12/20/24, the second from our website clearly stating our policy of "if the invoice is not paid within 60 days we reserve the right to sell the mixer to recover costs" and the third email is correspondence via email from the customer on 1/22/2025 a month after the original invoice stating that the customer hopes to pay by the end of the month. After no further correspondence from the customer, Mr Mixer used the rights reserved via our publicly stated policies and sold the mixer to make the entity whole. The customer attempted to pay their bill on 4/16/25 Nearly 5 months or 117 days to be exact to find that Mr. Mixer was no longer in possession of their mixer and thus initiated this complaint. The customer has been sent a full refund for the payment made, their invoice has been voided. There are no outstanding balances due from either party.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: The business sold off my personally owned property without any attempt at contact prior to action. They had a way to contact me as proven by the materials they provided, and made no attempt at contact to prior to taking action.

    Sincerely,
