    We had an issue with UPS non-delivery of 2 Explorer Kits for our grandchildren’s birthdays. We filed a claim and asked Make-a-Fort to file a claim as well. Fortunately, UPS found the package, but our experience with Make-Fort is second to none! They were responsive, communicative during the entire stressful situation, and we wish every company showed the care and consideration for customers that they do. You will not be disappointed by customer services if you choose to order from them!

    Sent 2 Explorer Kits to our grandchildren for their birthdays. There was a glitch with delivery on the part of UPS. I contacted customer service at Make-a-Fort, and they were extremely responsive and helpful. The issue was resolved quite satisfactorily, and I am sure the children will have hours of fun with their kits! It was comforting to know customer service was so quick to respond to my concerns.

    While the product itself was not a fit for my three "very active" grandsons, the company's customer service and actions above and beyond the norm are exemplary which, to me, speaks volumes about a company, its products, its desires to "do the right thing". The products are great and precisely as advertised, but more suitable for a younger age group than mine. An unexpected policy exception was made in my case and I will be donating the two kits to my church where I can guarantee they will be much used and much loved. Although I was planning to donate them to my church anyway, the suggestion was made by the company which also helped me understand what I believe to be a philosophy that seems to be long forgotten - one of concern for your fellow man and not placing profits about reputation and integrity. Biblical principles I like in companies I do business with... I would recommend Make-A-Fort highly!

    Their product is cheap for the money and it sucks. Not worth it. And they don't have an option to review on the website, so surprise surprise, there aren't many bad ones. This was a complete waste of money.
