  I had correspond with a representative of the company over several months, finally coming to an agreement as to my family, and the services that would be provided, disappointing when the company sent the invoice, per our conversations, certainly not what we had conversated, up to that point. I would like to carry out my mothers wishes, as she grew up there in the town of Salina, Kansas as suggested after talking to a local business owner that only a few that deals with monuments in the state of Kansas, referred my family to this particular business in Salina, taking in considerations, I live here in county of Johnson County. Did ask for the money of my mother Estate be refunded, but unfortunately do not have the monument, for my grandmother as of yet.

  I would like the Better Business Bureau, to understand just what I have been encountering, after contacting several businesses including the one that initially, referred, the Bells Memorial Company, stating it would be much closer, still had not found a monument business to carry out my mother's wishes as it relates to my grandmother having a polished tablet front and back, a polished vase, and a polished top base, with a standard foundation which is require by the ****** ******* ****, where my grandmother site is, this gentlemen was very informational about, the closer it is to the site the better, it would be concerning and considering the location.

  I have found it, to be difficult in doing so, I tried calling the business owner that initial referred me, and he had stated that he would get back to me, this was around the time, I had spoke to Jennifer over the phone sent the funds from my mother estate, and ask that she return it because, of the invoice, and I stated invoice, it was not at all what we had talk about, I had to call her several times before she stated what I had spoke to her about all those, months then because of my hardships apparently not being able to pulled from my inoperable cellular phone, and my lab top, hacked, and over a course of time damage by a maintenance staff, still had not recover losses from, that ordeal to recover our correspondence.  left my family and I very disappointed, in not moving forward, but of course, if it is the case, then it is a ever running, we do not want your business apparently! I understand, the subtle nuances of the Great State Of Kansas, of the Monument businesses that I have contacted so far. Just this particular one lowing balling, a switch and bait are not ground work for a successful business venture, so I am asking, The Better Business Bureau what Monument Business would you suggested, because I do not have any, I will call them so that I can fulfill, my obligations to my mother and family, concerning this matter. This  case number is #******** Please this is what I ask, have not a reference to whom to confer to or with, I need all the assistance I can get on this. Thank you, indeed if you can assist in this adequate circumstance.

  After multiple unsuccessful attempts at responding via the online option, we are providing the enclosed rebuttal information regarding complaint ID ********. 

  To be clear, the complaint has provided false and incorrect information in her complaints to which Bell Memorials has responded with documentation refuting her claims. Bell Memorials did everything within our power, over a 9-and-a-half-month period to provide the complaint with the memorial product she wanted. It is also important to note the complaint was the one who chose to end the business relationship with Bell Memorial. For this reason, we were baffled that she would launch a complaint. 

  As states in the enclosed documents, it is Bell Memorials recommendation that the complaint do business with a monument company in her local area, so she can view monuments and communicate in person .
