Insurance company recommended this shop because they’re partnered with them which gives us a lifetime guarantee on the repair. Have my Jeep towed there FOR AN ESTIMATE! Me being me,
I try to be understanding, patient and keep my mouth shut. We have two other trucks so I’m not without. Until about the second week comes. I ask my husband to call. He does, they tell him they’ll call him when they look at it, okay. (Patience, just breathe.)

Another week goes by, nothing. I call with some bs story about needing my bumper replaced on my truck to see how long of a wait, two weeks. Two weeks come and go. Now they’ve had it for a month. I’m starting to lose my patience. I ask my husband to call them again (because if I call it’s not going to be pretty.) They say we’re going to look at it the end of this week. Thurs-Fri, nothing. I wait until Monday. Monday, nothing. Husband calls again, “he’s writing up the estimate now.” Ok, we’ll hear from them tomorrow, mind you I’ve emailed the ins lady twice at this point. Tuesday, “he’s writing the claim up now.” Wednesday, same thing.

My husband and I are fighting daily because of this now, so I tell him if you don’t get a call with the answers I’m looking for tomorrow by ** time, then I’m calling and you know I’ll blow my top and make these ppl wish they were never born. My voice of reason (husband) calls me late yesterday afternoon and tells me to go pick it up. Ins lady was out and shes the only one who could request a tow, nbd I know it drives. Get there, walk in the office. Nobody’s around. My keys are on the desk, grab them, put my stuff in the jeep. See dude walking to the office, run in say that white jeep is mine and leave.

IT DOESN’T TAKE TWO MONTHS TO DO AN ESTIMATE! PURE LAZY!!

Get to Quality Body & Paint in Indy, they tell me they got SIX cars from them that had been there for SIX MONTHS. They’d been billed for work that wasn’t done. Parts had been glued back together. Insurance fraud!!! This place is TRASH!!!
