    They put on new roofs in two of my buildings in 2012. They do not return my phone calls, I had a persistence leak of audible flowing water. Over the years, it caused water damage to the 1871 stone building that is a living history museum and wellbeing center. The roof was still under warranty. The women that answer the phone are wonderful. The owner & men in the company and national company listed on the sticker on the roof will have to explain why they do want to return my phone calls or accept a Zoom call for a cost-effective assessment without having to drive out. I also have the prepurchase building inspection photos so we can see if the missing rocks were there. It.sure seems that if their were missing rocks when they put the roof on, they would have told me those needed to be fixed. Their lack of response has gone on many years. That does not match what their website says about them. This is what I want to give for free to all their employees, customers...and their multigenerational families who may be having difficulty doing a good job or affording roofs, repairs. https://www.wellnessweavers.net.
    Roofs are very important to building health and human health. In order to have succession, young people & those in business need to have back-up so they can see the dignity, respect, pride of having good customer relations and the integrity of being honest, helpful, and working things out so everyone has enough money to live and to maintain our homes & businesses. From now on, I will only do business with companies that have a 5-star rating with the Global GreenBiz WOMAN, the Wellbeing Oriented Mutual Aid Network. Also I prefer Veteran-owned businesses. They are used to smart women & men, logistics, and working as a well-functioning unit.
