    Formal Complaint Regarding The Brentwood – Unresolved Issues and Poor Management
    I am submitting this complaint regarding The Brentwood located at 15450 S. Brentwood St., Olathe, KS due to ongoing unresolved issues, lack of professional management, and failure to maintain acceptable living conditions.
    For the last 30 days, I have experienced repeated problems that have gone unaddressed despite numerous attempts to communicate with Asset Property Management team. These issues include:
    • Smoking Violation - infiltrating my unit causing health issues.
    • I submitted an emergency maintenance request on March 22nd regarding a leaking ceiling, which has yet to be completed as of April 14th, water damage also spreading.
    •. Request for mold/air quality testing, due to environmental health conditions.
    What has been most frustrating is the lack of follow-up or accountability from Asset Property Management. I have documented emails, phone calls, and in-person conversations that have not resulted in any action. Residents deserve to be treated with respect and provided with a safe, livable environment — and that has not been the case here.
    I am seeking appropriate intervention or resolution through the Better Business Bureau to ensure that this matter is formally acknowledged and investigated. I am also sharing my experience publicly so that prospective tenants can make informed decisions.
