      On 4/24/24, I ordered a refrigerated lifesaving medication for my goats. I called multiple times, leaving voicemails and never received a call back. Finally, on 5/28/24 a representative answered the phone.
      We never received an order or shipping confirmation. Therefore, we had no idea when to expect our package. Upon checking for a different package, we found our goat medication, with a warm ice pack a - week after ordering.
      We called them that day on the phone (and other times within their 30 day window for a claim) without any answer and left multiple voicemails. They never called us back. After over a month, we finally were able to talk to a representative.
      She blamed us for not checking our junk emails, not checking our package drop box and not leaving any voicemails — all of which we did! She made some unkind comments and said some other things about us as customers.
      We will not be receiving a replacement or a refund. They claimed they didn’t have any medication to replace it and we won’t be getting a refund because it’s our fault we left it in our mailbox. Their website currently says it’s in stock. This medication is extremely important, in short supply, and could be lifesaving for our goats. They took our money and refuse to work with us.

      The customer placed the order on 04/24/2024 and we shipped it that day 2nd day air ***** and it was delivered on the 04/26/2024.Their email was placed in the shipping information so they would receive notification of the package coming. On numerous occasions I get shipments and my tracking  information goes to my spam or junk folder and I have to retrieve them there. They said on the conversation yesterday they had placed A call to us which we have no record of and now in the complaint is says they placed several calls and left several messages. We don't do business this way and then to wait one month to contact us really isn't right. To say it is a "life saving " product for goats but you can't get it really can't be true. The product we had received i had ordered back in February of 2023 and had just received it on March 28, 2024 over a year later. They said they didn't find the package until 3 days later. When they went to hang up they informed us they would spread about this situation all over social media, which doesn't solve anything.  I am willing to refund the $22.50 for the product in exchange for the stop of the lies in the complaint to the BBB and on social media, as we have done nothing wrong.

      On January 9th, 2023 I purchased Kid Colostrum Repacer. I trusted they would never sell expired product so I never checked the expiration dates. Many kids died after being given this colostrum, which were reserved to be sold as well as 2 does I had waited 2 years for to be born. I have lost 1000 of income and suffered the trauma of these deaths. Something made me look at the packaging after they all died and found they sold me expired product. It expired 8/19/2022. I have tried contacting them through their contact us link twice and have yet to get a response from them. Like I previously said, not only did I suffer the trauma for all them dying, I lost 1000.00 worth of income!

      This customer also purchased 4 bags of the same item on 11/15/2020. We can't even keep this item on the shelf and have a difficult time getting it. How do we know she didn't give them old product. I have been around goats for the last 35 years and have never heard of such a thing. Does she have proof that this is the reason her animal died. We just received the same product from our supplier which has an expiration of 11/2023, and that came directly from the manufacturer. The ingredients in this product is not something that would go bad and cause an animal to die.

      I am always sorry when people loose anmals I have lost many over the years and it is not easy to deal with sometimes.

      I am rejecting this response because: the accusation that I had colostrum laying around from a previous order is absolutely incorrect. I did not have any colostrum  left after that kidding season. No I do not have proof but for healthy vibrant newborns  to get sick and die after being only on the expired colostrum supplement  in my eyes Points to the expired colostrum.  I also had been told never to use expired products from well experienced goat owners. Plus, what company sells e,pored product? I have never ran into a business that does that...till now

      In referring to the back of the package it says "Best By" not "Expired" we certainly did not send product out like this. We would have been happy to have replaced it even though there is nothing wrong with it. She even said herself she didn't have proof that is why the kids died. I just experieced this the other day that i lost one of a set of triplets. Unless I have it taken and autopsied I won't know what happened.At this point the best I can do is to replace the product which most of them don't have very long "Best By" dates on them I can't guarantee the product would have a date you would be happy with. The other option I am willing to do is to give you an in store credit for the price of the 4 packages of product you purchased last which is a total of $91.80.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Although every single kid given that colostrum died I feel the product was bad! It cost me a huge loss in income. I will accept the store credit that I can spend online on something other than the colostrum. I will no longer purchase colostrum from them.
