    Do not waste your time with this company. We were contacted by Kaitlyn through FB marketplace where we had posted our mobile home for sale. We did all our research, looked up the company, looked up the people who worked there and it all seemed normal, so we decided to sell to them. Everything was fine they were keeping in contact, then all of a sudden they just stopped getting back to me. They supposedly mailed our check for the home 2 and a half weeks ago, and they never let us know if they received the paperwork we sent them. Kaitlyn then informed us she is no longer working for the company that she was apparently COO of. When I have reached out to other members of the company to just see what’s going on they will not answer phone calls or emails. Idk if it’s a scam or just very unprofessionally horrible communication, but it has become such a hindrance. We are taking our business elsewhere!
