    purchased a car on 04/21/2024 test drove it everything seemed fine went got insurance finished paperwork once they put 60day tag they said they needed to something small on the car should be on by Friday was told that Friday it won’t be ready will be ready sometime that week then I was being told still not ready and will be longer come to find out once I finally went in to the dealership on 04/07/2025 that they might not even be able to fix it and will be deemed a total loss. that he had found out and just failed to tell me while I’m wasting my money on Ubers and gas money for rides and had paid $290 on insurance and have missed work due to not having a ride or a vehicle when I was promised. This whole time I have been out of a car. If the car wasn’t ready to sell why did they have it on there inventory listed as available!

    Please see attachments We do have more that would give a complete review of the issue. ********* did come into purchase a vehicle, After Her Father and her came back from a test a drive, The manager took the vehicle back to the shop to have a finale look over, because he had test drove the vehicle a week earlier and it overheated, which he mentioned to ********* and her father, after taken the vehicle to the shop, he came back to the office to do paperwork, where he received a call from the shop to come down, once at the shop he was told and noticed that all the coolant had leaked out. he came back to the office Told the customer and said we could get it fixed; it took much longer than expected and discussed unwounding the deal with the customer which you will see in the text exchange. ********* never took the vehicle off the lot other than the test drive and didn't place a downpayment on the vehicle ********* is not due any extra money for Uber are paying for rides to get to work, she came in without a vehicle and we are not responsible for getting her to and from work. The Kia Optima was never in her position, and we said we would make her whole from the $286.00 she paid to get insurance after she cancels it and see what is left from what the insurance company didn't pay after her refund, as of today she has yet to cancel said insurance. We have spoken to the insurance company about the matter and sent them a letter off explaining the issue. We will make her whole from out of pocket insurance but stand on the fact of how she was getting back and forte before she came to use.

    I am rejecting this response because: they forced my to sign the paper before I could even leave their lot and take it to my mechanic to look at everything to make sure they fixed everything that was supposed to get fixed like the frame work on the front of the truck that’s a danger and safety hazard. Kidds need to get investigated on everything they do. I’m not trying to get a free truck. What I wanted was just my down deposit back and to wash my hands of these people cause they lied the first time I brought it back to them right after I bought it to fix the things that were wrong with it and they didn’t when they said they would, but once the DA got involved they said oh oh oh I’ll fix it instead of giving him his down payment back to him and they still didn’t fix everything.

    **** *******I haven’t seen or drove the truck since march of 2024 so the payments weren’t getting made and I informed the lender of all this and they said they would not put a repossession out for the truck but then they did, this dealership is crooked and sells very bad and broken vehicles and doesn’t tell anyone about the vehicles and they hide the issues and just hope no one will find out or try and call them out on it, something needs to happen with them.

    This issue has been fully resolved and the truck has no issues and the customer signed he was satisfied with the repairs. He is just trying to get a free truck and mad the DA didn't give him his way
