This company is the BEST when it comes to water treatment. The owner is very knowledgeable and honest. All of the staff treats you like family. I cannot say enough good about them to convince you about this, you simply need to personnaly meet them. You cannot beat the prices. their service is unmatched. They will NOT try to trick you by pulling a fast one right in front of you (or even behind your back) like we have experienced with other companies. You WILL be satisfied with this company.

We needed a new Reverse Osmosis system because we could no longer get a couple of parts for the one we had installed in 1999. Contacted a couple of companies. Chose Lindyspring. They provided us with prompt, professional service. Very knowledgeable and quite informative. Krandall listened to my needs and answered all of my questions and concerns. This place is the best. If you want/need better water for drinking, bathing, laundering call them, they have it all. Krandall is so knowledgeable, professional and prompt. They handle my water softener and RO drinking water at my home, and 2 businesses. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give, because they deserve them all!Lindyspring Water Technology

We had a softener and RO system put in a year ago and couldn't be more happy with the results. Our water taste, smells and looks better than anything you could buy from the store. Krandall was extremely professional and answered every single question we had. He was very respectful to me, my family and our property. We just moved from out of state into our new home in Wichita and were really missing the soft, filtered water we had at our last house. Krandall came out the same day I called and tested our water here at the new house. He did a great job outlining options, along with pros and cons of each approach and helped us identify the solution that was right for us. We scheduled installation for the following week, but having detected my sense of urgency, Krandall moved our installation earlier by three days when he had another job get canceled or delayed. Krandall and Robert arrived right on time for the installation. They were very respectful and careful in our home, which was such a change from what we had been experiencing with movers, appliance delivery, etc. They were consummate professionals. I told them that they are now the only service that doesn't make me nervous when they are coming to perform routine maintenance, etc., because I'm not worried about which wall they will hit or what they will break.
Krandall knows his products and stands fully behind both the products and his work. It is so nice to do business with a company and people that are still committed to customer service and take pride in their work. I couldn't be happier with my whole experience with them.Lindyspring Water Technology
