      Back in the early fall I found some frames at another store that didn't take VSP. I got all the info and went to Fairway Eye Center and a very kind lady helped me find them and pulled up my vision insurance information from VSP and told me and explained my benefits. She explained they didn't have them in stock and asked one of the other staff (a man with a southern accent) if they could be ordered. He said he would just order them and if I didn't like them he would ********** them in their display case. Fast forward several weeks and I call. I was kindly told they were ordered but shipment was slow. I stopped by to ask again and was told again they weren't in and updated my phone number with the lady at the front. Because today is the last workday of 2022 before my coverage ran out I called again. I was told they still weren't in. Up until this point everyone was kind. But then they guy I mentioned earlier called and denied the whole thing by saying I "didn't pull the trigger" and were never ordered. Even though I had been in contact four times over several months he acted like it was my fault. I reminded him of specifics of our conversation and he literally became belligerent with me because he said he didn't have any notes (even though he said, "that sounds like me"). I reminded him I was sitting at the desk of the lady right in front of him but then he changed his story and said "a lot of people sit in front of me". I asked to speak to a manager and he responded "I'm not afraid of you". Several times he referred to me a ******* instead of my name. Fortunately I took notes as I was talking with him but he abruptly said, "I'm ending the call" and hung up on me. I have been super patient and kind to everyone I talked to over several months but instead of him taking responsibility for not noting my chart this guy tried to bully me and make it my fault. Worst customer service!
