    So we rented a dumpster from them on 4/25/25 for $300 when we rented it the lady informed us that the price we paid came with 3 tons of weight and that if we went over that it would $25 per ton after. Also they asked what we would be putting in there and I informed them a mound of concrete and gravel. Well when they came to pick it up on May 5th they said it was too heavy to move and that they couldn’t get it to budge. The lady yelled at me on the phone and said she told me we couldn’t go over 3 tons and that we couldn’t put concrete in there which wasn’t true at all. Then a guy got on the phone and told us that when they rent the dumpsters they do not let people put concrete in there and told me I shoulda been informed that which I was told putting concrete in there was okay. The first solution was for us to pay $175 for a second dumpster and my dad drive 1 and 1/2 hours to take half the weight out of the first dumpster and put it into the 2nd to fix it. Which I finally agreed to just so we could get this done. Now here we are with 2 dumpsters half full on 5/12/25 and they successfully picked one dumpster up and left the original dumpster because they said they couldn’t get it to move again. I called 2 times and tried to get something done and they said I’ll check on it and call you back and surprise never called back. My wife called 1 time and was told I’ll check on it and call you back and again surprise no call. They have closed at 5 and the first phone call was at 10 am. I just want this dumpster out of my yard I also felt like they are dragging their feet because they know this is their problem and don’t wanna fix it. I have paid $475 for 2 half full dumpsters and yet one has set in my yard for 3 weeks and it was only supposed to be 1 week and my dad drove 1 and a half hours 2 times to try and fix this

    We are sorry that you feel this way about our company. I have worked here 11 years and had no one talk to me the way you did. We try to make everyone happy and solve any problems that might happen. As you stated that I told you to not go over the 3 tons. We tried to pick this dumpster up and could not because it was to heavy over the 3 tons. I told you the only way to solve this issue is to on load it or I would bring you another dumpster. I told you the charge would be $175.00 as I wanted to solve this issue and get the dumpster out of your yard. The dumpster in your picture is empty? Would this be the one we brought you to unload the one that was to heavy? You came in and paid the $175.00 for the second dumpster. When we picked it up it weight over 3 ton. I have attached the landfill ticket that shows it was 5.2 tons. I talked to you again as we tried to pickup the reginal dumpster and it was still to heavy. We have now been down there 3 times to pick this dumpster up we lost money to. You called me back and told me to come and get it after you dump everything out and I told you that would be great and that I would give you the $175.00 back.     I would like to apologize for getting upset with you as it was just frustrating but also would like for you to understand we were guessing how much was there we don’t own a scale. However you also spoke to me so rudely I have never been talked to by a business like that before. I was shocked at the attitude you immediately hit me with because of the weight when I wasn’t sure how heavy it was. 

    none the less it is a null and void point now as the dumpster has been picked up and I’m just waiting on the check for $175 I can pick it up or you can mail it to me. 



    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
