      I had inquired for more information from Dooley's Water Energy Solutions at a Kansas State Fair vendor booth in Sept 2024. On Dec 16, 2024 around 11am, a male representative from Dooley's Water Energy Solutions came to my house to conduct water testing. I had injured my back a few days earlier and had to make an emergency appointment with my doctor on the morning of Dec 16, so I was not home when the representative arrived. My wife was home working and was in a business meeting. She apologized and told the representative that I was unable to meet with him because I had injured my back and was in a doctor appointment. My wife asked the representative what he needed to do while he was there. He said in a sarcastic tone that typically he would pull water samples from inside the home and sit down with the homeowner to discuss options. My wife told him she wasn't able to meet with him either because she was working and currently was in an online meeting. The representative became belligerent and raised his voice at my wife. He said it was our fault for not contacting his business that we couldn't keep the appointment. He said he had driven over 2 hours to get to our house. It's important to note, that I never received a reminder phone call about this appointment that was set up in Sept 2024. My wife asked him if it was company protocol to not have a courtesy call reminder about appointments. She said it would make sense to call in case something out of our control happens, like this case. The representative yelled "Oh so it's my fault you can't keep the appointment. No, it is your husband's fault". "If I leave here today I'm not coming back". My wife told him "That's fine, you don't have to come back, you can leave if you want". The representative then got back into his vehicle and left the premises. On Jan 2, 2025 I received an invoice in the mail from Dooley's claiming that I had a missed appointment, trip fee, and 10% fee, for a total of $302.50.
