    *** ****** applied a stain on existing covered porch for me last September (9/23). He said this stain would withstand anything and he personally guaranteed it for 10 years. By November, there was flaking of the product in multiple spots. I contacted him. He said he would come take a look. He never showed. I sent him photos as the problem increased. He did not respond. I left multiple voice messages. He did not respond. By March, 2024, the problem was greatly increased. I sent more pictures and left more voice messages. Again, no return call. Then one day I decided to call from a different number (my husband’s phone) and ** ****** picked up. I asked him if he had been getting my tests and calls and he said no. I explained in detail how the problem had increased which I had contacted him about in November. He said he wouldn’t be able to do anything until it warmed up significantly. Since then I have tried contacting him multiple (over 10 times) and he still does not respond. I paid him cash (2,500) for a product that we probably could have gotten at Home Depot and done ourselves with similar results. He verbally guaranteed his work. However, I have no paperwork from him.
