    I had an ****** ****** ******** ******* Fireplace installed by ***** with Rocky Mountain Fireplaces about a year ago (Late Dec 2021). I contacted ***** about a light bulb that had burned out, and a blower fan that was making a grinding noise in mid December of 2022. Her guys came out at the end of December and confirmed both issues. They said they would file the claims, and perform the necessary work to install the new light, and they were waiting to hear back about the blower (the noise is obnoxious, I don't see how it wouldn't be covered).

    Unfortunately, I have not heard anything from ***** or anyone at RMF since that visit. It is now February 2nd, 2023. I have tried to contact ***** on at least 5 different occasions (spaced out weeks apart) and have not heard back. I have tried her cell phone (text and call [no answer left messages]), the phone number for her office listed on her website ( no answer, I left a message]), her email address, and even tried using the request consultation function on her website. I am not sure why she is not getting back to us. I want to give her the benefit of the doubt but regardless, I would like to move this process along, and get the necessary repairs to the fireplace.

    ******* ******* is the point of contact until further notice. The parts for the fireplace have been ordered and the consumer will be notified upon their arrival to be installed. The business has given the consumer new contact information to reach the business.
