    We got home last Saturday evening. ******* told us Friday everything was done. Him and his wife were going up Saturday to finish steaming the floors. They did.....when we got home...there was grout EVERYWHERE!!!! OUR HOUSE WAS A TOTAL MESS!!! I wish I could post pictures. The wood trim was covered in grout. A quick wipe down with water. We cleaned for 4 hours. Vinegar and water cleans it. Had to pull the stove out and clean the grout behind it. And hook up the gas and plug in. New sink was wobbly, had to tighten it down. NO CABINET HANDLES. NONE!!! The hole for the sprayer in the sink is at least 1/3 off. Can not put the plug in. Our fairly new hardwood floors were scratched and so much grout. Just made me sick. He came back Monday. Tried to drill the holes for the cabinet handles. He wanted me to replace all of my handles with single handles. Because he didn't know how to put in a 2 hole handle. Just drilled it from the inside out. Broke off the paint. One side was higher than the other side. And another hole for I don't know why. I went and ordered a new face board for the drawer. He did pay for it. Got mad and snapped at me about a couple of things he said he would do and didn't. Took the top cabinet doors off to sand down and paint. I bought the paint. They looked like his 10 year old had painted them. So I told him if he got them stripped down. And sanded. We would be done. He also bought things in bulk and used about 1/3 of it but kept the reat. I told him since we paid for it. To bring it back. He brought it back with the painted doors. 2 half sanded. And quit!!! I would NOT recommend this man at all. We had a ring camera. And they only worked 20 hours. But told us it would be at least 40 hours. He will take advantage of you and leave you a mess if you ask him to do what he tells you he would. He can not remember anything. I asked about things we agreed on and he said...that was a while ago. Everything was always my fault. I am 68 and hubby 75. Disappointed
