    They told me it cost $42.50 for a service of my small mower it took a month of me calling them to discover it still smoked but they wanted $119.50 for labor. I instructed them to xall me before any additional costs and now they won't give me back my mower. They are not honest and not trust worthy. When I relayed it to the woman she confirmed that they were to call me before any work would be done but said I needed to take that up with another wo.an that she just did the paperwork. No apology no xall and accountability and I still don't have my mower. They are ********************* wanting to help out a local business, do not leave your appliances here *************************************************************** *********************** I wouldn't give them any star rating at all.

    I am sorry to hear this.
    When it was brought in there was a $42.50 est. fee to find the problem.
    the things done to it were to see if it was repairable. If you would like to come by I could explain what happened.

    When they assure you they will call you prior to any further expense being added on, you anticipate being called prior to any additional cost. That is typically how true business is conducted. If they did not have my approval to continue they should not have gone ahead without having my confirmation to do so. I explained I was unable to afford more money so they should have called me as per our agreement and had they done that I would have my mower and instead they just blew me off. They do not have a very good business ethic and I would never recommend them to anyone else infact I would instruct caution going to them. I'm highly disappointed.
