    J&R Towing has the worst customer service ever. I waited well over 3 hours for them when they gave a maximum of one hour timeframe. Then when you call them, they will hang up on you or they are extremely rude or they lie to you saying you’re next in line. My insurance company called them twice and they hung up on the insurance company two times and then gave them the runaround on the third time. This company is nothing but crooks and criminals and I hope they get investigated for their lies and deceptions in making a 90 year-old woman wait in freezing temperatures without providing a service.

    After 3 1/2 hours, I called J & R towing and ask them when they would be there and he only replied with, “What do you want me to do?” In a very condescending voice. I then told him I was gonna write a review and I did not want him to do anything as I will look for a different tow company. Before I could get off the phone with him, I received a text message from my insurance provider stating that J & R towing Canceled my service because they “could not find me near the vehicle“ blatant lies. Never go with this corrupt and crooked company.

    This company stalked young drivers during our fall festival and impounded their cars within minutes. They had no signs saying no parking nor did they offer any suggestions to resolve this matter. A dozen or more student and young drivers had their cars impounded and charged $300 for the vehicle to be released. The distance between the two areas was less than a mile. Jose, the owner threatened a parent saying he would not release the car if the parent did not stop questioning him.
