on 5/14/2024 i had a power steering pump replaced on my car 2 days later the pump failed i called and left a message and i the message i stated that the part was either faulty or a mechanic missed it and was an accident i just wanted my pump replaced from the warranty they also have a good faith system in place to replace parts that they install under the warranty. I took in today and the mechanic asked me what was wrong with the car i told him either the pump was bad or something got passed over that the pump failed the owner calls be and has an attitude because he said his mechanics make no mistakes ever and that it was a hose that lead to the pump that was leaking he then quoted me and i gave him the okay to fix it next thing i know he's at more door handing the keys to me and told me to have a good day that told me right there that he is not planning on honoring the warranty on the part I would like help getting my money back or my car fixed.

The customer in question had asked us to bid a power steering pump. He called multiple times for a quote and each time we replied with amount to replace power steering pump on said vehicle. He had us replace the pump as this was his diagnoses and we had not yet seen the vehicle nor diagnosed it. He called my wife on a Monday to tell her the power steering was making noise. My wife told the gentleman we needed to see the vehicle and to get it to us. He did not! Tuesday evening I received a voicemail from the gentleman that his power steering had completely quit and the pump either failed or my technician didnt do the job correctly and someone needed to call him asap. I called him as soon as I received the voicemail and told him we would need to get the vehicle back and see what happened. He was very short with me and I informed him that I didnt care for the insinuation that my tech had not done the job correcly until we could take a look. I told the gentleman that I wanted the vehicle first thing Wednesday morning to take a look. He never showed nor did he call. On the Friday before Memorial day he left a message after hours that someone needed to repair the vehicle first thing Monday morning (Memorial Day). I called him when we got in on Tuesday and he scheduled for Today (Monday June 3 rd) I was gone taking another customer to work when he came in this morning and one of my techs gave him a ride home. When the gentleman got in the pickup he remarked that he was in the wrong line of work to be able to afford that kind of truck. He then proceeded to tell my tech, who was also one that originally put the power steering pump on, that we must have done something wrong and that he had experienced issues at other shops before. We got the vehicle in and found it to be out of fluid . We filled the power steering reservoir and found the pressure power steering hose was leaking. This has nothing to do with the pump that was installed and the power steering pump still has a warranty but again not the issue and I am not going to be treated with disrespect and rude comments towards me or any of my employees. This gentleman will need to find someone else to take care of his repairs. Had this been our issue and he would have handled his voicemails better I would have done my best to care of it. But again will not be handled or treated this way.
