I would NEVER order anything through this business. EVER!

I ordered two separate groups of items through them. My first box came and almost everything was broken. The packaging was HORRIBLE. Whoever packed it maybe (and I say MAYBE!) had half a brain. The bubble wrap was cheap and thin and they used PAINTERS TAPE to tape everything. So hardly anything came with the tape still intact, resulting in things spilling out within the box. I was going to complain, but I wanted to wait for my second box of merchandise to arrive.

I waited. And waited. And waited. I emailed them several times and left voicemails asking about my order. NO ONE BOTHERED TO GET BACK TO ME. I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back (which they did).

The other order wasn't worth my time or energy to complain about and I just chalked it up as a loss.

    Beware of this UNPROFESSIONAL business!

Business has NO signs posted, but expected to read unwritten rules. Jason's wife was very rude with my 8 year old son walking from the house to get in the car, while on the stairs, which is the only way out of the house, she rudely addresses my son, when I just gave him permission to go to the car. She has ZERO boundaries. When we asked where the signs are posted, she got very defensive and said she didn't need signs for that. *************************************************************** ***************************** She told me I need to raise my son better! My husband and I are both appall by the lack of just general kindness at a business like this. She clearly hates children. My son did NOTHING wrong in the house. I've been to several of TJ's sales and last one an employee was throwing the football in the front yard with my son. Apparently the wife is the common denominator for a bad experience! If you have well behaved children avoid this place. She discriminates against children only. Loves adults and acts so kind to others, but really flips a switch when it comes to children. I will never return and will spread the word about this company. Avoid it if at all possible!
