    New roof on house. 12 -24-2021 at a cost of ***** dollars. Got a bad install .Within 2 weeks it started cuping I noticed it on west side of. home and watched it thinking it would flatten out when it got warmer it did not .So iwalked around to the east side of house and it looked like a family of moles had got lose on my roof .So i called Dean ************ and he came out and looked at and said those shingles do not do that he would send somewon out.I do not know if anywon did **************************************************************** . I waited about 6 weeks and called again he said he would send somone out again .T next day 2 men show up and start cutting and nailing and peeling back the laminated part and put a nail in where nails do not go and then pushed the peeled part back down and beat ************ it with a roofing hammer he ran out of roofing nails and started using 16 penny nails they do not hold shingles at all.The roof looked better but no great .It started lifting inother places so i checked the temp in the attic on a 90 degree day it 141 degrees indusdry standard is 20 above outside temp.So i installed gable end vents 2 feet by 2 feet on north end of home .That lowerd the temp to acceptable levels. The shingles were still liftingso called again Dean came out again ******************************************************************************************************************************** .Before he left he agreed to replace the east side of the roof ican live with the west side. That was Aug 8 at 9:58 am i havent heard from him sense . I do not want the crew that installed the roof back on my property i watched the forerman of the crew saw at least 3sheets of underlayment in half and throw them in the front of the scrap trailer and cover them up with debree from the roof and it did not dawn on me what he was doing until about week later .

But the consumer did not want the previous crew to do the work. The business has found a new crew to do the work but the consumer does not want it done in the cold weather.
