      I got charged $300 per hour don't trust this guy and had to fix the hole they left around the service box.

      Thank you for the opportunity to reply. This customer asked for a quote and we gave him the quote to do the work with material that he provided, He gave us a 5 star review for the work. Then we sent the invoice for the amount in the quote that was agreed on. He then sent us unkind emails about the cost. I replied saying that if we have a money problem then we don't have a problem at all. Just call me and we can work it out. He hasn't called. I've never had something like this in 30 years of business.
