      H&H Roofing &Restoration replaced my roof in September 2020. We had squirrels enter the attic in March 2022 due to lack of flashing in multiple soffit to roof interfaces. I had Critter Control remove the squirrels and requested H&H Roofing to install flashing which they did after the squirrels were eliminated. We then had bat activity in the attic in January 2023 and Critter Control found 6 flashing points where H&H Roofing did not adequately install flashing. I have now requested that H&H Roofing pay for the removal of the attic insulation that has been contaminated by squirrel dropping and urine as well as bat guano that has been confirmed present by the insulation replacement company. H&H Roofing has not returned my numerous phone calls and text messages.

      I have utmost trust in this company. They installed our 30 year roof in 2006. We've had them inspect it every few years and they've pronounced it in good shape. Jeremy inspected again yesterday because so many neighbors are replacing their roofs due to storm damage. He suggested we could have our insurance company look at it, but although it's showing its age (16 years) it really doesn't need to be replaced at this time. When the time comes, H&H will be our first choice.
