      Would not recommend these guys at all April 1 , 2022 they charged me $1,800 to install a 40 gas water heater with 6 year warranty which they filed for me 'big deal right' , and a couple of shark bite fittings and clear hoses plus a pan with PVC drain and a gas shut off valve which they dry fit because they never shut off the gas at the main said it wasn't necessary very dangerous in my estimation , and they left me a nice pipe wrench as well which they will get back and my review removed as well when made right!! You guys get 1 star and only because it got installed and that's it *********************** would highly suggest others to not use their services

      this customer approved this estimate before it was installed and paid the bill without any comment or contact that there was a problem. Customer never contacted us with a problem or indicating any issues with the install or operation of the water tank

      We have sold lots of water tanks in the area and our cost for water tanks is much higher than the box stores. We do keep a water tank in stock so we can install immediately for our customers. This was sold and installed in April 2022 and we were not in the pandemic. I am not sure why this customer is angry and upset when he called us for a quote and wanted installed right away. We provided the above quote and did not charge him anymore than we quoted. We installed with the materials we quoted and he signed and paid the bill. The price is much lower than what is being charged in the city.

      Tholens took advantage of me during the pandemic nobody else could do a install but them and they even did
      it on the same day I called conveniently had one right on hand wonder how many others you did the same way , the tank works but the install was atrocious you guys know exactly how much you took advantage of me every other installer I have talked to said their is no way you could justify charging someone that kind of money for a 40 gallon gas water tank but when you get your back put against the wall , I learned my lesson ************** period and I will get the word out likewise!!!
