    The owner is very rude. After I had my vehicle there for 6 months he told me i had not paid. I paid two months with checks at $400.00 each and the third time I paid online through their website. I told him I had paid and he asked for my cancel checks. I took everything to his business to show him but he wasn't there. I called him and he informed me they were not open to the public and to email him my canceled checks which i did. Also included was proof of the online payment. When i talked to him after sending everything he said he did not get the online payment. I was trying to tell him I paid on their website but he would not listen or even let me talk and hung up on me. I then got an email and he told me to put in a pickup date to get my van that we were basically to much trouble. I did put in a pickup date and got an email which said he was sorry he did get the online payment and I could leave my vehicle there. I told him no that i still wanted to pick it up because by this time I did not want to deal with him or his rudeness ever again. I never got a response so I up in a second notice which was for either a Friday or Monday. You are required to put in two dates. He responded back and told me I could pick it up Monday. I went to pick it up after they had it all weekend and it was not outside, When it was delivered to me they never closed the front door. The next day I noticed a dent on the front driver side wheel well. I feel they did not close the front door in hope I would not see the dent. I know it happened there because all I did was drive it home and park it. I emailed the owner and of course he would not do anything because he said he doesn't know what I ran into since I picked it up. I did not have any kind of accident. When he did send me a statement of payments he had payments that I did not even make. His accounting is not accurate. I feel the only way his business has survived is because he has no competition. Would not recommend!!
