Paid SJW $4k (80% of project cost) in Oct 2023 to sales rep. Later referred to the owner a 6 weeks later after I was told project would be 4-6 weeks. Finally was able to get him to show up only to drop off some cabinet boxes. Ultimately he picked them up and brought them back paints and installed but no doors/shelving/drawers/countertops. Fought with him no showing me dozens of times and told him I wanted my money back. Told me he would file bankruptcy if I took him to court. Needless to say I am following others footsteps in bringing these crooks to justice. Stay away from this or as he renamed to UrbanCasa Cabinetry.

My wife and I purchased a new home 0n 7/3/2023 and our real estate agent ****** ***** ****** ********" referred me to use St. Joseph Woodshop LLC for new custom cabinets. On 7/20/2023 the salesman **** ******* ****** ********" met me at the house to measure the cabinets and provide an estimate. In order to get me to pay an 80% deposit they told me the cabinets would be done in 5 weeks. I thought since my real estate agent referred them they were a legitimate company.

I was patient and gave them more than the five weeks, but when i did not hear anything from them I contacted them in September telling them I need the cabinets as soon as possible. Since then trying to get them to do any work has been a nightmare. They have done worse than no show over 20 times, I stopped counting after 20. They will tell you they will be there to finish then cabinets on Friday at 10am and string you along all day with excuses when they never planned to show up anyway.

After weeks of no shows they will show up around 5pm and drop a couple cabinets off and leave and start the lies all over again. I would be surprised if I am the only one complaining because **** ****** ** ******** ****** ********* another customer of St. Joseph Woodshop called me telling me he is going thru the exact same thing as me. He asked me to give them more time because he was afraid they would close shop and keep all of our deposits.

I feel an obligation to other customers to warn them about this company.

The cabinets not being finished is the reason we can not move in our knew home, it has been over 6 months.

I signed contract on the salespersons IPAD.

    They have no showed me over 20 times, they have even no showed my electrical contractor ***** **** ***** ********* ******* ********** **** *** **** * *** ** **** ** ** ***** **** ** ******** **** **** ********* ** **** **** ***** *** **** ** ***** ******** and i can provide other contractors that know about the problems.
