    I requested a move in/move out cleaning service. Provider arrived late, did not fulfill job in its entirety to the best of her abilities and did not offer a resolution.

    On 09/12/2022 I arrived to the home to perform a deep cleaning. Upon arrival, the home had a clear mice infestation that posed as potentially hazardous. In addition to this, the bathroom was molded. I informed the client of such and also told states that due to the amount of mice feces, we would not be able to complete the cleaning due to the health risks that it presented. I also informed the client that once the house was properly treated with proof of extermination and mold treatment, we would be more than happy to return. The client stated that it was not her home and that she would not be returning. I drew attention to the terms and conditions that the client accepted and acknowledged prior to scheduling. I’m regard to the late arrival, communication was maintained throughout and the client was even given a discount to appease her. Lastly, the client herself was not present at the time of the cleaning. In fact a male was who only showed the main living area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an upstairs area that was fully occupied with furniture. The client acknowledged this prior to our arrival and stated to “do the best we could”. Before and after pictures were taken for accountability purposes as well as to show the client that any cleaning that was done was done so out of a abundance of caution due to the extreme poor conditions of the home which she stated at that time she understood and was aware of.
