      In reference to above dispute with ******* ***** and Tudor Woodworks. I contacted him about restoring two old antique rocking chairs and brought them to his home address at **** ******** ***** on August 18, 2022. See text messages regarding this contact and pictures of the chairs. He told me he would have them done by end of year. I paid $1500 credit card at that time. He then informed me I had to also order fabric and gave me the amount and referred me to ********** for this. I then purchased fabric on 8-18-22 in amount of 266.14 and then also on 8-29-22 in amount of 178.17. See enclosed document from credit card statements for this. Then we were out of country for 5 weeks from September through mid October and tried to attempt to contact him in December regarding status of the chairs. Never received call back till I posted comment on his Facebook page around 12-18-22 when he immediately responded giving me story about having Covid and being out of town for a friends funeral and other bs. I told him to keep me posted as to when he would get the job done. Never heard for another month so again left several messages on his phone, *** ******** which is different than the he listed on his response. Also sent email dated 1-31-23 and never heard back. I had checked reviews on his Facebook page and saw that others had some of the same difficulties with his credibility and responsiveness, so began this dispute for my money back.

      As of todate have not received the chairs or any response from him and so will pursue BBB complaint as well as MO Attorney General complaint as this seems to be a fraudulent business. Also current address is his home address at **** ******** ** **. The address listed is vacant
